Heavy Electricals Limited’,

Mr.C.S.Raghunathan |
|
Is a mechanical engineer by
profession with a brilliant
academic record. He also
served as one of the
executive management members
of one of the plants of
Bharat Heavy Electrical
Limited and had been in
corporate planning
responsible for bringing in
global alliances with
international engineering
giants. |

|
He then moved on to become
an entrepreneur in the
manufacture of Power Plant
ancillaries and then moved
to an entirely new and exciting field of Information Technology in the eighties. He became the Chief Executive of a large I.T consulting organization which is based in India and now has a large operation in Chicago, IL. |
|

|
He left this position to
totally devote himself to
the cause of social
uplifting and went on to
implement the ‘value based
education’ and promotion of
home health care in a ‘pilot
project mode’. Over the last
5 years grew ‘Brthya’ into
an energetic, young entity,
which is capable of
formulating and piloting
these projects through
national and international
funding. |

Mr. M.Srinivasan |
|
Is a Mechanical Engineer by profession. He is a highly experienced and talented Information Technology professional who has been
successfully serving as a Chief Operating Officer of a large consulting
organization based in India, with a significant U.S presence, for the past 20
years. Mr. Srinivasan took the organization from a start up level in 1981, to a
leading Offshore based I.T organization with over a 1000 employees with CMM Level 5 quality
certification, global development centers and Fortune clientele.

Even in his current position, he has championed the cause of identifying potentially talented personnel among the weaker and under-privileged sections of the society to turn them into world class I.T professionals and is now
dedicated to the cause of ‘Brthya’ in a major way. |

Mr.P.Shanmuganathan |
|
Is a brilliant Information
Technology professional with over 20 years experience and served world class
organizations like Motorola.
He was instrumental in
pioneering six sigma
initiatives in the unit of
Motorola, in which he was working.
Later he moved on to become a key member of a telecom start up company in Chicago
where he pioneered the concept of R&D outsourcing
to this start up unit, from clients such as UT Starcom
and grew the organization significantly |

He has an acute passion for
promoting the weaker sections of the society
through education and quickly became an active
member of the Trust during
its inception itself and will
continue to grow ‘Brthya’ by applying his
globally acquired managerial and organizational skills
for a strong social cause. |

Is the founder of ‘AddValueToLife.org’ based
in Virginia, United States. He has over 25 years of
experience in the field of Information Technology and
is currently one of the executive management members
of a rapidly growing software product company in
the field of supply chain automation.

He is the organizing
member of the U.S based non-profit organization and
is responsible for institutional funding and scaling up the movement. |
