the potential employer

have already gone
through this program and
the four successful
students are now growing
through the first year
of Articled Assistant
and Internship Program
in a reputed Auditing

Implementation of this
scheme in each school is
expected to cost about Rs.20,00,000 or $40,000.
- Every important step
in the detailed scheme
has undergone an
experimentation stage in
the last two years and
has been found feasible
and worthwhile.
- The first 'College
in School' has started
functioning from August
2007 in one of the
Schools in Chennai. A
two year diploma course
in Nursing Assistantship
has commenced.

The first training
program by the Indian
Red Cross Society, TamilNadu branch, in
Home Nursing started in September2006
covering a batch of 20
girl students at a cost
of about Rs.1,80,000 or
$4000.The program has
been completed and all
the successful students
are employed in Shraddha
home nursing. The second
batch training will
commence August 2008.

Association with
Keerthana Institute of
Paramedical Sciences has
commenced through
sponsoring six students
for the Nursing (F&P)
diploma and has absorbed
more students
subsequently . Every
student passing out of
this course has been
provided witha
job in home nursing.

Keerthana Institute of
Paramedical sciences
have commenced a three
year Diploma in nursing
and in the first year
2007, six students have
been sponsored by Brthya.

'The College within
Schools' also
concentrates on Village
Development programs
through 'Awareness
Programs' to
'Opportunities in
Paramedical areas for
women' and provides
education with financial
assistance to village
students. Students from
villages are brought
into the 'College within
schools' for them to get
the advantages of such
an institution.
